Lawn sprinkler maintenance

• We will inspect the control timers to insure that the time of day, watering time and day wheel are correct and that the timer is functioning properly.
• We will turn on each zone manually and inspect each sprinkler head to make sure it is watering property. If it is not, we will clean around the head, raise, lower, adjust or replace if missing or broken.
• We will only use quality heads, valve, etc.
• We will clean all canal screens.
• We will adjust all rainsensors.
• We will inspect all pump stations. (Including rust control systems.)
• We will inspect all common grounds (grassed and planted) for 100% coverage of the Lawn Sprinkler System and make any recommendations for alterations or additions if needed to achieve full coverage.
• We will submit any recommendations for approval before any work is started.
• Any pump repair, clock repair, valve repair, broken pipes as well as troubleshooting and any electrical repairs will be considered "Major Repairs".
• "Major Repairs" will be estimated.
